It's a beautiful place. The trails are in great shape right now up American Fork. I've been running more than typing lately. I hear from Davy Crockett that there is snow on the Timpooneke trail up Timpanogos at the upper meadow, making it a snowy summitt and less runnable, but doable. I had the chance to run with Davy last Saturday after a chance encounter along the Great Western Trail TR150. He was only a week off of the Bighorn 100, but didn't seem phased.
If you have been up Timp - leave a comment. I haven't even tried it yet because of the latest snow reports. I'm happy to be cruising the low lands of the Canyon for now.
