Can't get enough

I've been up AF Canyon almost every day the past weeks - sometimes twice a day.  When summer starts to wane, I get the itch to be up the canyon as much as I can - even if it is on a road bike.  The weather has been nice this year - even with the rain.  Not much dust on the high traffic trails - things are still amazingly greeen ... and itchy.  I saw four moose on this morning's run - could be my record for a 6 mile run.
